We want to focuse on making cakes, that will be the largest portion of our sales, the type of cakes we make are similar to the style of the show "Ace of Cakes", a higher price cake. we, both my fiance and i, trained under two bakers that both have been baking for over 20 years. we have much experiance in the donut industry. we are looking for a coffee shop type atmosphere with a counter/bar for the coffee drinkers to sit and enjoy the company of each other.
