Through the development of Questionnaires, Campus Visits, and Quantitative research we are able to identify and analysis programming and procedures that produce quality athletic programs. Programs that actively and continuously improve the campus they support through areas of student retention, alumni support, national prestige and awareness, student involvement as well as community support. In doing this universities can more effectively produce budgets and create new programs that will improve their athletic department while simultaneously stimulating the entire university.
As a result of this project our sports consultation group will be born both at the high school and collegiate levels.
