The Mentee is geared at providing recruiters with a reference point for all the aspects of a potential new hire that are illegal or unethical to inquire. Prospects would willingly submit to answering questions that help define someone and could potentially make or break their place in a company. Its NOT designed to hurt anyones feelings or be inappropriate in content. Once the questions have been submitted, then the applicant is to submit a picture with it. New PicLens module would be utilized to provide a clean, search able, web 2.0 feel. If a recruiter finds someone they like, they can log in for contact information.. thats it in a nutshell.
