My idea is simple:
Fund a patent application, including marketing the patent pending concept on reputable internet sites. My offer is simple, my request is $25,000.00 the money will go to finance the patent, and market it on 1, created website, 2,(URL removed), and similar venues.
My offer is 40% after expenses, not including initial $25,000.00. Expense does not guarantee a patent, or even if getting one, the marketing and selling of a US patent. The patent process may be lengthy; nevertheless 40% of any amount after expenses is a good return on investment.

Patenting will be carried out on US Patent Office through a registered US Patent Attorney, Austin, TX.
40% of 200,000 = $80,000.00
40% of 2,000,000 - = $800,000.00

Agreement will require financing party disclosure of EIN/Social Security for tax purposes. Patent is by US Law done under name of inventor.
