The Company started in 1998 as a retail consulting company. It eveloved into an inventory and loss prevention consulting company working with various small to mid size specialized retailers. In 2006, we started working on a POS integrated RFID EAS system. The Company sold off the current physical inventory division to fund the RFID project. The project was suppose to be completed in Jan 2008. The additional 5 months of development has caused the Company to suffer cash flow issues. The software has successfully been deployed at a top retailer. All technical support and web applications are all 100% complete. Most of the funding will be to inventory tags and readers which are private labeled and produced offshore. Other funding will be used for sales and marketing.
