US Connoisseur, Inc. Seeking start-up capital for development of a high class interactive website targeting high net worth individuals who have common intersts. In conjunction with the site we are creating a hyper-local magazine publication to be distributed into 40 major cities in the US. The magazine will be a high end publication with feature articles on luxury goods and services on a local level as well as national. Currently we have verbal agreements with several advertisers on both local and nationl campaign levels. Gross sales for 2009 are anticipated to exceed $20mm.

Sales- commitments from 5 national campaign advertisers and several local businesses within several metro areas.
Staff- We currently have a world class management team of four co-founding partners backed by a developmet team that has more than 50 years combined expierence creating social networking sites such as myspace and ning.
