I hold a patent on a well received consumer product that lends itself to several industries including promotional products. I mention the promotional products industry as I have been approached by an officer of one of the divisions of Coca-Cola. Although my marketing strategy includes the promotional products arena it is my intent to market my product as a consumer product via TV with 30 second and One Minute spots that have already been shot and are ready for launch.
My company is an LLC with 3 partners only one of which, myself, is active in the day to day activities. For all intents and purpose we are ready to go to market as all of the following aspects of the business are in place.

These areas as well as all the small details are complete and as such my product is a rocket ready to launch. As this product is designed for use at pools or beaches I have spent the past two summers utilizing it at many different venues wherein I have received numerous inquiries as to where one could acquire the product. It was at one of these pools where I was approached by an officer of a division of Coca Cola. As a result I am currently in touch with the largest promotional products provider used by the Coca-Cola company. I was put in touch with them by one of the division VP's and this November there is a real possibility that I will recieve an order from Coca-Cola.
