Flipmodo is your source for professionally-managed fix 'n' flips. My partner and I have managed over $143M in projects in the public sector. Now, we're excited to bring our project, program, and operations management experience to the world of residential rehabs.
Our business model involves partnering with investors on a joint-venture, 50/50 equity split basis with a goal of delivering investor partners at least 15% ROI. For each potential investment, we develop a plan that includes a detailed scope of work, complete schedule, itemized budget, target selling price with supporting comps, neighborhood overview, “before” photos, and 3D model showing “after” repair.
