Description: What I am looking to do is buy a warehouse and build an indoor skate park in Chicago. If I am able to locate the proper funding.. then this will be the ONLY indoor pay park in Cook County..... all I have to say is $$$$$$$$.I ride ramps with my bike and have been doing so for about eight years now. My friends also ride and skateboard, so I have an arsenal of wheels and market knowhow to be put in motion. The advantage we have is that we have a complete understanding of the skate park culture, market, people and what’s needed to ensure satisfaction of potential riders at the park. Put you trust
