Description: Peaches Pub and Bistro will be a bistro style restaurant with thirty beers on tap. The menu shall include items not before seen in Oxford as well as some proven staples. The kitchen will be open, meaning that customers can see the kitchen operations from their seats. The kitchen layout and menu design are the creation of Chef Josh Wilkinson. The bar shall have six lower priced beers, six imported beers, and seventeen American craft brewed beers never served on tap in Oxford. These beers shall be chosen with consideration given to Mr. Peachey’s previous, successful business venture. The final tap head will be occupied by a continuously changing beer that is brewed on premise.
