My company, Angel Eyes Vineyard, is looking for $500k in small business funding in order to grow our Agriculture startup. Angel Eyes Vineyard office is located in Browns, IL . We are working on planting a vineyard near my home on 5 acres currently have about 200 vines with an additional 2,200 vines to be planted in the coming years. I am personally financing this project.
This loan is to purchase an operational 17 acre vineyard in southern Illinois. It has an income on the high side of around $90,000 per year from a harvest of around 65 tons between the months of September and November. depending on weather during the growing season on the low side $45,000
The financing time needs to be for 25 to 30 years with the option to pay off early (if and when possible).
If possible to have loan payments will be made after each harvest by October of each year. Yearly payments will be around $25,000 to $28,000 per year. I am open to the monthly payments as well.
I have started phase one (home vineyard) I just need some help in jump starting the second phase of this project.
