We invest in residential real estate (single family homes at this point) in Indiana. Even though we are geographically away from Indiana, with assistance from our power team members, we have been completing our projects successfully. Our power team members include a general contractor, realtors, home inspectors, property management companies, title/escrow companies, insurance brokers, appraisers, and loan brokers. We interviewed many of these professionals to put the team together, the team we can trust. We are seeking funding sources other than traditional banks to further grow our business.
