Description:
120,000 sq ft fun center off Interstate 81.
Our bowling center will have a 28-lane facility that will be state of the art. The fun center will compliment the bowling alley and offer more ways to generate revenue. The Water Park will be 30,000 sq ft inside & 10,000 sq ft outside. It will have water slides, water cannons, and a lazy river to bring in year round revenue. We want to build this facility as “Green” as possible utilizing geo thermal, hydro, solar and any other green construction methods to make a minimal environmental impact. We will install utility hook ups for the Recreational Vehicles to stay over night and welcome the weary truck drivers to a place to safely rest.
