Hello i am Mathijs from The Netherlands. I live already several years in SLovakia where i also just launcht a different company named MVL Cars. CUrrently i am looking for investors for Real Estate in the SLovak Replubliek. Why The prices will be growing because the euro is coming the 01-01-2009. The prices of real estate will be growing whit a minimum of 60% in 5 years. After some research and some closer friend in the politic i can by i ground of 35.000m2 for only 350.000eur. My plan is to build there some houses/flats and put them in the long term rent. Please provide me whit detailt information if your campany can help me whit this investment of 3 milion eur all inclusief (ground + houses/flats) Or no.
