Description: And as we speak, new commercial and retail developments are popping up in the neighboring lots. Our expectations are that the local community, retail and commercial industries will be our main consumers. Demographics show over 240,000 people with in 5 miles and steadily increasing. People with incomes average ranging from 180,000 annual net earnings are in a 6 mile radius. These consumers will range in many ages, cultures, genders, and ethnicities. Another attraction are the two lease spots of one thousand sq ft located in the view of traffic, specifically for small restaurants or deli’s, that I will provide for further marketing strategies. The positive, welcoming atmosphere will definitely create a sense of “ belonging ” for our guests, making for a fantastic clientele impact. Our main goal at Busters is to remain a step ahead of our competition through exemplary service, entertainment, and daily attractions. Drink specials when the train goes by and happy hour beverage specials will be daily occurrences. Also a fantastic selection of 12 Beers on Tap is displayed for easy viewing or selection. We expect that our guests, from both locally and afar, will absolutely enjoy their leisure time during their visit here. We will provide games, pool tables and the latest technology for entertainment, security, lighting, music, and sports memorabilia per square foot than anyone else in the region. There is an outside pavilion for outdoor pleasure. There is also a grassy area as big as half a basketball court for other sorts of entertainment such as volleyball, and hanging out or BBQ gatherings. We expect to host a BBQ cook off every quarter, earning some lucky winner a trophy and bragging rights. We look forward to fund raisers for such causes as Veterans of Foreign Wars and their families, Juvenile Diabetes, and Cancer Research. The Papers are ready to sign. I just need funding. HELP. Time is precious on great locations.
