We are looking for a lender that can assist us in purchasing a Bed and Breakfast Inn, in Kailua Kona, HI. We have already moved to Hawaii and are living at the Bed and Breakfast, cleaning, painting, maintenance, and website improvements. Our plan has been to improve the conditions and make it more comfortable and 'clean' for the current guests, and raise the occupancy rate. Our plan is in progress and we would like to begin the loan process. The owner is willing to be somewhat creative, but just wants the money to move on (he is 76). The downpayment would be a 'sweat equity' credit of 100K from the owner, for all the effort and labor we are putting in on the place everyday.
If you are familiar with the BnB business, we would like to talk with you. Purchase price is 1.6 million. There are several income streams within this BnB.
