I want to purchase this diner. It has been in existence inour small community for many years (over 50). It has always been profitable until te current owner purchased it over 1 year ago. She had no business experience and no restaurant experience. I would like to purchase the diner and work to return it to the business it was several years ago. By expanding our hours, working on the menu and being aggressive in seeking out the best deals on necessities, and adding a few simple assets, it could quite easily be turned around.
