I have a start up restaurant that needs funding to complete. I have lease to a buliding that has two business, one side a restaurant that will have a bar and outside area. The other side is a fully equiped salon and spa. The salon contains 10 styling stations, 4 massage room, including a couples room, Pedi and Mani rooms along with facial and waxing room. Total rent for bouildings is 2,000. a month. I will loose lease soon if I can not find investor. Time is of the essence.
