Description:
Celebrations will be a small retail shop in Southern Maine supplying party goods. Overtime we will grow and offer rental equipment (i.e. tents, tables, chairs) for events, event planning services, and travel services.
We are currently seeking $2M in funding. There is an offer on the table to buy out another business which will start off the second phase of my business. In the near future once business operations have taken place, a building will be built to house retail space, warehouse, and offices. Starting off in another building until construction is complete is the reason for starting off with just retail, although customers may book their rentals in advance.
A completed and thorough business plan is available upon request. Thank you.
