I have created the perfect balance of a Puerto Rican dish with a Southern Comfort spin as well as a Southern Comfort Dish with a Puerto Rican spin. There is not enough room here to describe or tell the story, you would have to contact me see pictures and taste my products. I promise that you will not regret it. I am interested in one day owing my own Restaurant but for now am trying to start small, I would like to own a Food Truck, over the years I have been able to open the minds and the mouths of many people. I have many menu ideas as well as advertising ideas, my customers are waiting and are in need of something different. Hi, My name is Mary Cecilia Montanez and I am a proud Puerto Rican born in New York but raised from childhood in Houston, Tx. I believe in what is called "Food for the Soul". Food has the power to control how a person feels and thinks, it brings people together, It can be detected when someone cooks with there soul from the heart with love. I learned my way around the kitchen and at an early age and growing up in the South allowed me to learn how to be able to combine my extreme love for food with my beautiful heritage.
