Electric car has huge demands and extremely low cost for fuel and other regular maintenances such as oil change and air filter change. It will eliminate traditional gas engine, gas tank, battery and the generator. It may eliminate the transmission as well. It will significantly reduce the total body weight. It will never have any emission problems. Since it has so many advantages but why the electric car has not become popular in our normal life. There must be two reasons. First the electric car need long last and light weight battery. The travelling miles per each fully charged battery to be driven will be much less than the travelling distance per gas tank fully refilled. The second reason is we have to build the battery charging and replacement system before the electric car become very popular. A countrywide electric vehicle service net must be built before it being used for long distance driving purpose. The whole system will include battery replacement and charging in every expended existing gas station and also some emergency battery charging stop between each two existing gas station. Battery charging is taking much longer hours than to add gas from gas station. The purpose of this emergency battery charging stop is to help any electric car to do temporary charging to avoid the battery becomes dead before to reach the next service station. The stops only provide electric power with standard outlet and are credit card operated charging system with low maintenance. The electric source for these stops could be the mixed power suppliers such as solar panel above the charging machine and the regular electric power line. Each electric car must provide standard charging cable for home and emergency charging stop or any other places such as hotels and any parking lots. In order to make the whole system works properly and easily the whole system need to standardize the battery sizes and also the charging cable outlet and inlet. The same sized or similar sized car must use same sized of battery and it must be exchangeable between different brands of electric car. The bigger size car may use two or more pieces of the standard battery by being connected each other to provide more electric power. Before the whole countrywide battery charging system has been set up we are now focus on some small sized car such as 2 seated and 4 seated cars which run inside the city or town only. The car will be charged at home and office or any other place with standard wall power outlet (URL removed) battery needs to be taken out and to be put back in very easily. It is not a safe way during a longer period of time battery charging without the car owner in site when it is parking beside the street during the day or night. We are also focus on the public transportation bus which travels inside of city or town from terminal to terminal. Each terminal should have the facilities to charge or change the battery quickly.
We have produced the prototype of 2 seats and 4 seats and light electric motor bicycle car and battery car since 2008. The overall testing of the electric car is positive and effective. We have received the support of Shanxi and JingDo government to build the electric car plant and provide the subsidies fund for the car sales from the china government. The research centre will be operated by July 2011.
