We have been operating unincorporated in this Minneapolis / St Paul market for 5 years. We have had up to 100 Restaurants that we service twice per week, but due to long distance to supplier in Chicago, we are now only servicing a 30 mile radius of MSP due to delivery times on Fresh Items, including salmon and tuna.
