I am presently working as a substance abuse counselor intern in a correctional facility. I will open three facilities for offenders. There will be two for females ON one for men. They will be equipped with telephone accomodations for the client that has to wear a monitor. Client will learn to self sufficient by their own contributions. We will not provide substance abuse after care. Client will be responsible for setting that up through his parole officer. The Bryan area has a federal prison and a state pre release correctional facility. Clients will be responsible for seeking employment. The houses will have a fund to help clients with bus fare. referral for clothes. Clients will receive breakfast lunch and dinner by the facility. The client will be given time to find employment.
