With the New Sport Pilot Rule and aircraft category from the FAA, light sport aircraft, that came into effect in September of 2004, there has been a growing demand for light sport aircraft. Our plan is to assemble light sport aircraft and sell them as we complete them. We will eventually add flight instruction and facilities to assist people to build their own. We anticipate a gross profit of between $10,000 and $20,000 per plane. We expect that we should be able to complete 3 planes in our first year, and possibly twice that in our second year.
