We are a property management company that cater to short term rentals. There are numerous vacationers that own condominums on the island but they are only here for a total of 2-3 months per year. Therefore, with the owners permission, what we do is market and rent the condominiums on a weekly basis ranging from 500 - 700 per week depending on the season. We offer handyman services, housekeeping services and transportation to and from your port of entry. What we are looking for is an investor to assist us in building our own condominiums. These condominiums will be for sale and each owner will be required to pay maintenance fees to maintain the property and as before they would see an investment on their invest through same process as I mentioned before while we at the same time will be making a profit through Maintenance, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Rentals and on site activities.
