We are a Real Estate Investing, Rehabing Company. We buy Forclosures & Bulk homes from Banks around the USA. We rehab them & either Sale them or Rent them out.
We have been doing this for 30 years but just recently went into expansion & started doing several at one time. We have buyers for our properties before we even buy them so our turn around time is usually between 30 days to 120 days depending on how long it takes us to rehab.
