Description:
Funding needed for Log Cabin Theme Resort / B&B in Shasta, located on 40 acres of land, with year round activities, for the summer several big lakes, in the winter ski areas.
This is a start up company and would need $3,000,000.00 for land, construction, cabins.
I have found a beautiful piece of land between the lakes and ski areas; I am working with a reputable log cabin company that would be able to provide all the cabins.
Daily rentals are $150 – $200 for 1br cabin per night, $225 - $250 for 2br cabin, $275 -$300 for 3br cabins. Theme weekends would be extra.
