I want to build an indoor soccer/field hockey field with indoor virtual golf (to help keep parents with their kids); I want to incorporate a used book library and a computer lab, very small - as one of my hobbies is fixing old computers and a room that could be rented, inexpensively for local meetings/parties, tumbling or exercise classes, etc. (this is a "bring back the good stuff in America dream where kids have a safe place to play and the parents want to attend due to the "indoor weather conditions" - one of the most heart wrenching things I have ever gone thru is the amount of children I have seen make their first goals and their parents found it too hot or too cold to attend the game (smh) where that child should have been screaming for joy and jumping up and down but instead, was at my side saying in almost a whisper, "I wish My Mom/Dad could have seen that." Nothing another parent could say could ever give that child that moment back...)
The field can be used for city/county leagues, school/university, adult/company leagues.

I have the name and the design of the front, lol - "The Rec" (short for recreation) with a classic car stuck somewhere as in "wreck" lol - maybe a good name, maybe not.
I talked with the treasurer of a small city near where I wanted to open, not knowing who she was, and she asked me to come to their city, as they are rebuilding from a tornado, and asked if I would consider building there and this city is 1/3 the size of the intended city. Perhaps two would be great.
