Description: ForexSignalVault is a startup venture that has made in-house trading systems capable of continuous profit taking in forex markets. Because of the process that is used to build trade systems, ForexSignalVault applications can be applied to other trade instruments. YIELD STRUCTURE OFFERED TO INVESTORS: 12% annualised yield on capital used over 1 year. 8% annualised yield on capital used at least 6 months. 4% annualised yield for capital used 1-3 mos. See results of BearSlayer module Treasury trades below. We are able to develop, refine and extensively test proprietary trade models without risk. THE FOREXSIGNALVAULT UPSIDE There are many outfits/houses out there doing forex trading. What makes ForexSignalVault the one to back with your capital? 1.) We develop proprietary systems that work on forex, futures and stocks. 2.) We have the idea-base to expand what we derive revenue from. ForexSignalVault will begin to seek a totally expansive notion of a trading business. Yes, we seek private equity to used directly in profit taking, mainly in forex markets initially. (1-2 years.) But our in house plan will include: a.) Licensing of the modules to other uses b.) Development of lower yield, lesser time frame capital instruments, directed to investors looking for 6 month or less yields on capital. c.) The primary end use of capital raised is targeted largely to equity in trading. Low overhead is possible, since we have virtually no debt, and we can readily build systems that meet our trade needs. -Of course we will not cut corners. Adequate system support is vital. We will seek essential network support services and systems that include robust security, and robust network failover handling capabilities; Deployment of GalileoIV GalileoIV has undergone 5 year backtesting results with double digit outcomes in ROE; We will seek further foundational support by backup of GalileoIV with tried and proven licensed systems. These are trade systems with a 20 year track record of profit taking. Licensing fees will be modest (less than $3K as of 2009) in comparison to potential benefits. We build in native language, and therefore offer compatability across multiple brokerage platforms. In particular we can build to support the MetaTrader4, the SierraCharts, the API for InteractiveBrokers, and other end software platforms. THIS IN THE FUTURE AFFORDS US THE FOLLOWING POTENTIAL GOING FORWARD: a.) real time use of proprietary modules built in house b.) Ability to attract new users of our proven trade modules and build further revenue from license fees. Simply put, yields we offer are backed up by systems we build. We have proven with 5 year backtesting that 12% annual yields are reasonable as an offering to investors. (See trade results below) ForexSignalVault labour has already yielded proven 5-year backtested systems that work. We offer a ready-to-trade startup, with minimal startup costs. Overhead can and will be minimized; We prove performance with backtesting. We use the Avg Win Trade-to-Avg. Losing Trade ratio, the Net P/L, and other factors to characterise outcomes in backtesting results. Therefore any system on which real money is leveraged will have already undergone several accelerated years of analysis. DOUBLE DIGIT ANNUAL RETURNS Test results have indeed revealed trading regimes for specific instruments where double digit returns are verifiable over 2 years of backtesting. In particular, using one of our atrBO systems yielded the following: Instrument: %Wins Profit($USD) ROE (URL removed)des NZD/USD 52.9 15,140.00 1514% 571 EUR/JPY 51.3 14,370.00 1437% 546 USD/CHF 55.11 26,730.00 2673% 568 USD/JPY 52.9 15,140.00 1514% EUR/USD 50.7 5,600.00 560% In all such trades, the risk per trade was $1000.00, hence the true return on capital was as reflected above; Total time for trades was 2 years of backtests; Further results followed from our GalileoI and GalileoIII systems. We continue to research, identify, develop, and test new systems. We further intend to deploy via licensing one of the more robust system that has been in existence over 20 years. Together, in-house systems, and licensed technologies insure a robust address of a plural number of instruments, and of trading regimes for profit taking. THE BEARSLAYER MODULE Recently (Jan. , 2010) A BearSlayer module was tested on the Treasury Futures markets. This same system was previously used to yield 13,700 on the GBP/USD from a 2 lot trade (2,000) over 2 years, and 10,150.00 from 2 lot trades over 2 years on the EUR/USD and 8375.00 over 2years using 2 lots with the USD/JPY.
