Description: What I do is I go to Tax Deed Sales and Land Auction sales to purchase Real Estate and Land with High Equity in value.(I use the term pennies on a dollar.) The profit I would make from this low purchase would be anywhere from 40% and/or higher in return by "flipping" the property and/or land to another investor in my network below market value. This will allow me to build repeated business in a high demanding investment opportunity that almost any real estate investor can benefit from. Currently I am looking for angel investors to provide the start up funds to purchase these properties
