Description:
Hello,
My name is Martin Nguyen, my company incorporates computer technology together with construction technology to provide a competitive building solution to both commercial and residential projects.
Our current project involves purchasing bank's foreclosed properties (mainly residential) at liquidate prices to rehabilitate, or total remodeling for long term investment.
We are seeking funds in forms of mortgage acquisition loan, construction loans or bridge loan to increase our purchasing power to acquire more properties for our project.
If our company's needs are within the parameter of your services, please contact me via email, or telephone number provided.
Thank you for your time,
Martin Nguyen
