Alexandre De Paris is a hand crafted high end hair accessory line from Paris and we are the only brick and mortar retail outlet in the US. We have been located in the upper east side Madison fashion district right next to the Carlyle hotel for the past 15 years but had to relocate a couple years ago to Lexington due to a 215% increase in the rent. We have a loyal client base but lost some momentum due to the past economic downturn and other market forces. We have now expanded our presence online which now accounts for about 10% of sales with little or no SEO optimization. Because of the high visibility of the brand, we are looking to increase our online visibility, relocate to a higher traffic location and set in motion to explore opportunities in markets, like Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Miami and Washington DC area. Current revenues are down primarily due to lack of inventory and location.
