Sensors In Motion LLC also known as (SIM) and ScienceTomrrow LLC (ST), (URL removed) Dr. Jyoti Agrawal PhD, PE, CEM, CQE / (URL removed) announce a Joint-Venture and seek investment funding in the amount of $ 2,000,000 Million Dollars to design a PROTOTYPE for a wearable smart Microelectromechanical System for the knee that will be marketed by the brand name of PARISS which stands for Protective and Reactive Integrated Sensor System.
Investment collatoral will be a percentage of the projected patent and licensing revenue plus sales revenue. Units will be pre-sold upon completion of the prototype w/in 1.5 - 2 Years.
PARISS will be embedded with Micro Electronic Mechanical Sensors (MEMS) which are literally micro-machines with liquid circuits just a step above nano level. PARISS wireless sensors will detect, react, and mitigate ACL, MCL, LCL, and PCL strains before the user is even aware that their knees may be in danger. The device will literally think for itself. The device will also wirelessly monitor, and transmit knee movement data in near or real time to hand held mobile devices or laptop computers.
