Keep Truckn LLC is a locally owned heavy duty truck after market parts retail store / repair facility founded in 2011 by Martin Dirkes. Martin Dirkes is a former owner operator and the former executive vice president of T Taylor Trucking. He founded Keep Truckn LLC in 2011 in his home town of Bartlesville Oklahoma. The intentions were and still are today to bring forth a service that was unavailable in his town. Keep Truckn LLC has grown over the last 4 years and has since moved to U.S Highway 75 where we now have plans to build a new truck stop to suit along side with the parts store, the commercial truck wash station, and the commercial truck repair shop that they already have in place and functioning on the 9.5 acre location. In fact here is the statement made by Martin Dirkes about this project and I quote " I'm sitting on a gold mine with out a shovel to dig ". We are looking for serious investors, I have cash and collateral to put up on this project equaling 20%. I already have the business plans along with 10 year projections. I will also offer 10% of the overall company profits for 5 years plus pay off the loan in a 10 year payout at an agreed interest rate. I do understand that there are loan and administration fees. I am willing to entertain and discuss the expected fees on phone or in person with any interested investor.
