Mission Coffee Company will offer a unique coffee drinking experience featuring specialty coffee beans. The coffee shop will also sell Tazzina Loose Leaf Teas from Pacific Espresso of Santa Cruz, CA and award winning pastries and healthy snacks from Gayle’s Bakery of Capitola, CA.
The facility will have all the necessary equipment to brew and serve the highest quality specialty coffee, tea and other cold drink products. Moreover, the equipment will be configured to enhance speed of service by maximizing employee task time and motion.
The atmosphere will be youth-oriented and casual, with rich, bold colors accenting a primarily wood décor. Staff will wear black pants or skirts and black shirts with custom aprons. There will be “work areas” set up for people who come in for a working lunch or to study. Free Wi-Fi or Internet connections will be provided at these spots as well.
