Description: Our Web 2.0 startup company, (anonymous) is located in Los Angeles, CA. We're looking to raise $250k in funding in order to fuel the growth of our social media internet application that is predicated on user generated content. We've raised about 200K so far and have one of Microsoft's former top brass (CEO of one of Microsoft's subsidiaries) on our board of advisors. What we've developed has never been implemented before on the web, yet has the potential to scale on a massive level. We've assembled a team of some of the best actionscript developers in the world to help build our app. So far we have a fully functional demo application that we tested online to about 1,000 unique visitors who we don't know in order to harvest data from our users over a 30 day period, as well as test out our proprietary technology. The data we assembled is quite compelling. With respect to the 1,000 unique visitors who we did not know that landed on our site, the average time spent according to our analytics was roughly 18 minutes; there was an average of 17 page views per person, capped off with a 0.8% bounce rate. In fact, out of all the 1,000 absolute unique vistors, over 52% of them came back again. 32% came back at least 6 times and nearly 20% came back 15 or more times over the 30 day testing period. So, what does that tell us? It sheds light on the the fact that we have a very sticky concept, one that deserves attention from investors. At the moment, we're not looking for a Venture Capital round. We need a smaller angel round, capping out at around a quarter million. We have a comprehensive business plan outlining our 5 year financial forecast projections for interested parties. We're primarily interested in receiving capital from: -Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.) We would like to use the funds that are raised for the purposes below: -Operating/Growth Capital (product development, Payroll, Marketing, etc
