Description:
Country Cooler LLC, is a new created drive thru convenience store that my business partner and I have opened in rural northeast Florida. We are located in Putnam County, Florida which is considered econonomically challenged. We build our first store from the ground up. We are in the process of starting our second store. You may think this was a little quick for opening a second store. I would agree, however, we were presented with a location that would be able to house our second convenience store as well as our existing 9 year old staffing agency. The expansion will allow us to move all operations into one location for better managment & expense control. Once opened in the second location we will be adding a check cashing location which in needed in the high industrial area. The location is located with a 3 mile radius of 4,500 full time employees. The additional location will house our current staffing agency, the convenience store offices, the drive thru convenience store & our check cashing business. We are currently looking for all serious investors or capital partners.
