We have found a lot at a ski-in/out resort in Colorado.
The home next to us sold for $1,800,000 and is the same square footage as ours. The lot is a bargin for $200,000.
due to hardship of the economy and there are lots on the same street for $995,000 and 495,000. I am a custom home builder in Florida where spec homes are non existance. My idea is to build this home in Colorado for a budget of $600,000 which I can do through my expericence and sale in for $1,500,000. This leaves a profit of $700,000 for one year of work. Rental would be a alternative if the home does not sale. This area would bring $800 per night during the ski season. I do have a business plan in place and would like to explore the possiblities. I do have 2nd home the Bahamas free and clear valued over one million, to use as collateral. I know I can make this happen.
