Description:
This Business establishment is a night club which is located next to my Air Force Bacein New Mexico (URL removed) people on base have to travel two hours in order to find a decent hang out. The person that owns the club has no business sense at all because he is satisfied with a measly few thousand dollars a month. Myself and my wifes dream has always been to own a nightclub so we have done alot of researching in this area and we would guarantee lots of profit from this establishment. All we need is someone to invest with us we only have 40 thousand which is our life savings. We can provide business plans and profit margins for you if you would like. The club is by itself worth about 800,(URL removed)s guy is selling it with like 10 acres of land for that price because he & my wife went to school togethe
