Description:
My idea is to capitalize on the fact that there is no rental housing left in the kanab utah area. While Best Friends animal Sanctuary continues to draw in dozens of new people from all over the world each month, many of which wish to stay in the area but are unable to because of lack of housing. We are filling a lack for a service that no one else is providing, with almost sure success of great returns on investment and a long term investment that will keep on paying even when the initial investment has been returned.
