I am Mark Tiedemann an Architect and Real Estate Developer for the last 24 years and I live in New York, My projects are anywhere in the USA. My property flips include raw land which I prepare entitlements then flip, also i find undervalued commercial buildings and create building plans and then flip the projects forward. Most of my projects require funding between $500k to $1.5M and typically pay 6-7% percent for money. I pay interest every month and deals last 5 to 10 months maximum.
