Description:
Hello!
My name is Mark J. Madigan. I am a licensed general contractor / developer in Colorado.
I am a true believer in building to a higher standard than what meets the basic codes. Even the "Green Building Guidelines" aren't good enough for me!
When a buyer is out shopping for a home or a building do they really have a choice between traditionally designed and built homes and buildings versus quality high-performance / energy-efficient designed and built homes and buildings?
To motivate the general public towards the "Green Market" of real estate, there has to be Green homes and buildings to offer them.
My plan is to mainstream these quality high-performance / energy-efficient homes and buildings.
Creating a product that is readily available to the buyer, going heads-up
