UB is currently in the development phase, and it will ultimately compete with the likes of Monster, Career Builder, The Ladders and others in the online recruiting business. However, UB will be the first online job market to segregate qualified from unqualified candidates with 100% accuracy. In addition, employers will have direct access to a pool of talented candidates, and candidates will have direct access to a broad range of employers, in a completely confidential environment and with no middlemen (e.g., head hunters, hiring agencies) interfering in the process. UB will signficantly reduce administrative costs and overhead for its clients, thereby giving them a significant competitive advantage.
