Description: I have the tools and knowledge for all home improvements but lack the start up funds to buy my first property to flip. To date, getting a loan has been my greatest obstacle. I started a landscape business in college and maintained solid sales for 7 years. When I climbed the next mountain in real estate I ended up elbows over axe handles.
