I want to build a platform for people to check if a person/business has been hard to work with. People can go to the site to provide information about any negative interactions they’ve encountered while doing conducting business. Must provide some evidence to support the claim before the posting is published on the site. Then the bad business person gets put on the list of potentially problematic professionals to avoid. Then the person on the list is informed about being added to the list and the ways to get their name removed which are as follows:
1. Provide evidence to disprove the claim (immediate removal if claim disproved)
2. Pay a $50 fee to be removed (requires you remain on the list for 6 months)
3. Pay a $200 dollar fee to be removed (immediate removal)
4. Wait the 5yrs your name is on the list(removal after 5yrs and lose lots of potential clients
You cannot be put on the list by the same individual for the same reason.
Individuals may not falsely claim issues against persons/companies due to having to provide evidence to support their claim. You can be put on the list as many times as a person correctly files the claim. Every time you have been removed from the list the removal fee doubles For the next time in hopes of making people conduct business properly. If you are added to the list 10 times you cannot be removed
