Description: We are a North Carolina based company building in a Resort Community in West Virginia. The Resort was voted one of the countries top 100 retirement communities. It consists of 2 completed golf courses with the 3rd opening in July of 09. In four short years we have become one of the premier builders in this community. There are 3000 lots and only about 450 houses built so far. The growth potential is really very good. I have also been approved to build in a very exclusive golf community in the Charlotte NC area. We are looking for investment money to grow in West Virginia and start in the Charlotte NC area. Thanks, for your consideration.
