Description: Florida Gulf Coast LLC, founded January 2006 is the legal name for Tropical Truck & Car Sales. We have a very strong and diverse ownership group that includes a former CFO from General Electric Capital, former Vice President of Bank of America and Fidelity Investment Group. We are currently seeking additional capital for expansion of our automotive finance and sales operations. A review of our financial records will show consistent and significant double digit returns on a current 1.2 million dollar balance sheet. We have in excess of 200k net pre-tax earnings through June 2008. We currently operate with minimal debt, which is structured as both subordinated debt to members and a revolving LOC with a local bank. We foresee outgrowing our bank relationship in mid 2009. Our 5 year plan will require a minimum of 4 million in credit facilities or cash. We are looking for cost of funds under 12% APR. Issuing equity is an option for the right group or investor.
