Between the 2 partners we have 4 companies that are all within the male beauty (male grooming) industry. This industry is currently growing at a rapid rate of approx 30% year on year since 2004 and we would like to somehow pull our companies together under one umbrella, (holding company) and create a global styling brand. I have at present an etail mens grooming on-line store together with a male grooming training company and my partner has a male shavecare/skincare brand that was launched in Nov 2007. We recently joined together to create the Shave Bar Spa company that specialises in wet shaves and complimentary treatments for men only.
