My company is a freight moving company made up of one, my own, single tractor. But my aim is to startup a reality investment firm. I have a home I am now looking at which is a forecloser valued at last a year ago to worth $140,000 going now for $42,900. But I am without funding right now and sources of funding have dried up since Aug of 2008. The house needs work.
