We are a Company that owns and manages assisted living facilities in the southeast US. We currently own 3 facilities. We have one additional facility that we are managers only. We are acquiring a additional facilities with proceeds from a fund that has been brought together for the purpose of owning senior housing real estate. We are seeking capital to complete the acquisitions. The facilities will be acquired, rehab'd or refreshed and re-branded.
